What to Do First?

Suppliers New to UC Davis

If you are a supplier who has not done business with the University of California before, register as a University of California supplier at the CalUSource websiteThen, reach out to the UC Davis department employee for which you want to do business. They will then send you an invite to register with PaymentWorks, the platform for onboarding new supplier records at UC Davis. 

Small and Veteran-Owned Businesses  

Complete the online registration form for small businesses (Davis campus)  and refer to the online resources and instructions if desiring to do business with the UC Davis Health campus.

Please note that registering as a UC supplier does not constitute an agreement for guaranteed future business, but can provide you with opportunities for working with the university in the future.

Tax Advisories

The sales tax rate on the main UC Davis campus differs from the City of Davis.  Please note that the tax rate for the City of Davis increased 1.00% on 4/1/25 from 8.25% to 9.25%.
